In the J.D Power Survey 2010 for all the Tata Dealers in the country, Concorde Motors, Bangalore has been ranked
"All India No - 1" in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with an impressive score of 908. This is the second consecutive time that we have been rated Number 1 in the country. Our Chennai unit has been ranked
"All India No. 3" in the CSI survey. Customer Satisfaction Index is based on parameters like Service Quality, Service Initiation, Service Facility, Service Advisor etc.
Our efforts have been recognized in the Sales front too. In the J.D.Power survey 2010 for Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), Concorde Motors, Bangalore, has been ranked
"All India No.3" followed by Concorde Motors, Chennai which has obtained the
"No-5 position". Sales Satisfaction Index is based on parameters like Dealership facility, Delivery process and timelines, Salesperson’s interaction with customer etc.
