As part of its quality drive and the ongoing journey towards excellence, Concorde Motors applied for an ISO certification in November 2009. In April 2010, the company was declared an ISO 9001-2008 certified company. Officials from TUV Nord handed over the certificate to Mr.Anupam Misra, President, Concorde Motors (I) Ltd.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr.Misra remarked, “… We have made a progress. Focus on quality will be the major factor that determines the existence of companies in the challenging business environment. We need to communicate the importance of quality down the line. Going ahead, we need to extend support to our newer units to excel. Let us take it up as a challenge to enhance customer satisfaction at all levels to be a bench mark dealer.”
