Concorde Motors India Limited envisions being the most admired auto retail company in the country, by delighting its customers. To facilitate our continued after sales support to our customers, we have launched a novel service initiative – “Service on Wheels”.
S.O.W is first of its kind in the auto retail industry and is aimed at providing service to the customer at his/her doorstep. The S.O.W encompasses features like a Generator Set which can run a car washer, a compressor and an A/C vacuum pump. It carries some essential necessities of a car which can be replaced on the spot.
S.O.W is especially beneficial to customers residing in the suburbs of the city. The SOW vehicles would be sent to specific locations at regular intervals.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr.Anupam Misra, the President of Concorde Motors comments “The SOW initiative conceived by Concorde would become an industry benchmark. We at Concorde, aim to reach out to our valued customers in the best possible way.” Breaking new ground, Concorde Motors has begun the SOW operations in Bangalore. This campaign would soon be deployed in the other locations.
