The year 2002 witnessed the genesis of Concorde Motors India Ltd. (CMIL) as a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Motors with the exit of Jardine International from the JV entered into in 1997.
Concorde Motors has been a pioneer in professionalising the auto retail business in the country. The company has continued to grow in stature in the decade and half of its existence and has become a benchmark in the industry.
Today we are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We are also the only automotive dealer and one of the few Tata companies in India to achieve the prestigious 'IMS Certification' from TUV Nord. IMS stands for Integrated Management System and ensures compliance to strict Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Standards across the organisation. The company is a world class 'One Stop Shop' for the complete range of Tata passenger Vehicles, Sales, Service and Spare parts.
Concorde Motors has more than a decade and half of successful experience to its credit. Our network of business has expanded from 3 major cities of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad in 2007 to currently include Cochin, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. We also have the added distinction of catering to more than one lakh satisfied customers since our inception. Our repeat clients bear testimony to this fact and to the quality of service we have been rendering at our 20 Sales facilities and 21 Service Centres.

Our focus on Customer Satisfaction has helped us achieve All India Best Rankings in J D Power SSI and CSI consistently over the years.
Since its inception, CMIL has been winning numerous awards of excellence from Tata Motors. Not ones to rest on our laurels, Concorde Motors endeavour to scaling great heights in business excellence resulted in the adoption of TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) framework. The first TBEM assessment was conducted in 2009.
And there has been no looking back since then!
The company is currently revamping its facilities to offer the 'Next Level Of Automobile Retailing' in the country. Our sales and service facilities feature vibrant, contemporary customer lounge areas with wi-fi connectivity, a Cafe, state of the art video walls with immersive video content and a revised layout where the full range of Tata vehicles can be displayed. A whole section has been devoted to displaying a wide range of accessories and lifestyle merchandising. The contemporary exterior frontage features new dealer identity signage as well.
The company is also investing in the latest digital technology to get closer to its customers - a cutting edge website, mobile site, mobile app, toll free number, online payment facility are amongst a slew of initiatives that will be unveiled in the next few months.
