I am very happy to update you, as I received very good service from Concorde Motors, Dairy Circle Bangalore. I have a Zest XT Diesel car, in which the clutch was giving problems since one and a half years. I visited one of the Tata service centres near my house many times, but the issue was not solved. After hearing many good service reviews on social media about Concorde Motors, Dairy Circle, Bangalore, I visited them four weeks back for the clutch issue.
There I met Mr Faiz, a service representative and explained my problem, and he assured me that he will resolve the problem with the help of his technicians. But I didn't believe him, due to my past experience with the other Tata service centre. I left my car at the service centre. After 2 days, I received a call from Mr Faiz, informing me that the car was ready for delivery. I visited the service centre, took my car and found that my problem was solved. I was really surprised because I had lost my hope and faith in Tata service with the service centre where I had taken my car earlier. This is awesome service From Concorde Motors, Diary Circle.

I got the vehicle back from your workshop yesterday and I am happy to state that the vehicle is in the same condition that I bought about 2.5 years back from Mr. Rajesh in Bangalore Concorde.
But what I would like to state here is the OUTSTANDING people whom you have working in your organization: First is Mr. Raju and the second one is Mr. Johnson. They went out of their way to make sure that the minutest complaint was also attended to and ensured that every single issue that I raised was taken care of. In fact, when I went to take delivery yesterday, I was so stunned to see Mr. Raju standing next to the vehicle in the yard, ticking off the complaint list. Amazing dedication. Hats off
Not to discount the efforts of Mr. Johnson who was always on the phone to provide me updates on a daily basis and delivered it to me the day he committed. Again a Great Customer service which I failed to get in Bangalore, I should say. This has reinstated my faith in Tata Motors which I have carried over the last 15 years and to prove that, I have booked a ZICA already.
The only small concern that I had was on the bill - I was asked to pay for 1 tyre even though it was not my fault and the vehicle had run only 25K KMs whereas the life of the tyre is 60K at least and I had no idea that this alignment had to be checked every 6 months, which I was told only yesterday. Even this, Mr. Raju was telling, that he had to fight with Tata to get it for me. Request you to please look into this.
Other than this, I should congratulate yourself for the lovely and winning team you have. THANKS ONCE AGAIN...

I take it as my pleasure to thank you and and your team for the delightful experience while purchase of TATA ZEST last month.
Actually I was a hard fan of Hyundai as last 3 cars in my home are from that brand. This time also I had almost booked xcent but last moment I thought of giving ZEST a test drive. Just one call and your representatives were at my home very soon. I liked the car,especially the engine,projector headlamps and the best one,music system. So I changed the mind there itself to ZEST.
I booked last month from Concorde motors Alkapuri, Hyderabad.
Your sales executive Kartik was very helping and nice person. It was his convincing power that half changed my mind. He made the whole process very friendly. The car is also a master piece.
The only fault I found in the car was that a lots of noise is coming only when I play any songs from Bluetooth. I sent it to service centre but the service person told nothing such is observed by him. I frankly was disappointed for that.
Else, the car and the service by Concorde motors showroom especially Kartik and the showroom manager are excellent.

Prompt follow-up after inquiry - Your approach of follow-up in converting my inquiry to sales was prompt but at the same time not overwhelming to me as a customer. It is very difficult to find a right balance between not following-up and too much follow-up; which I am glad to say that you have nailed it. I had also inquired about the same vehicle at Pandit Automotive and their sales person called me 10 days after my car was already delivered from Concorde.
Identifying what is important for the customer and delivering on those lines - It was very important for me to have a good price for my exchange vehicle and also required a quick delivery of the new one. You identified these needs of mine and helped me get the best deal in terms of a better value for my old car in combination with customized discounts/offers on new vehicle. This approach helped me finalize on the booking decision much more quickly.
Quick Vehicle delivery - Delivery of the new vehicle was done in one week flat considering the fact that the variant and color combination was not in stock; neither at dealer nor at the Plant. I have been directly/indirectly involved in numerous new car purchase deals as a customer and I am happy to say that this purchase was the swiftest, most effortless and totally hassle-free experience EVER
