I bought the refreshed Safari Storme (the first in AP & Telangana) yesterday from Concorde motors in Hyderabad.
I had been waiting for this vehicle's launch since close to a year and through this course I was in touch with Mr. C Sai Krishna Karthik from Concorde motors who was extremely patient and courteous with my frequent calls to enquire about this upcoming vehicle. Karthik ensured I am kept up to date about the latest news and his passion towards the product was one key reason behind me delaying my purchase decision this long and not choosing any other brand during this time.
Post the vehicle's launch too I got extremely positive support from Karthik in working through the purchase formalities all the way till we collected the keys from Concorde yesterday in a wonderfully executed delivery ceremony. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the excellent customer empathy extended by your sales staff in particular Mr. Karthik and I hope that this +ve vibe from TATA continues through the course of my ownership of this vehicle.

This is a quick feedback email with regards to my recent service experience with Concorde Motors, Cochin. To be very frank, I really didn't have any hope that my issues with Tata Safari Storme would be rectified in the near future due my past experience with my previous service provider. I really don't want to name my previous service provider because of the frustration level what I have gone through dealing with people who don't even care for their customers. It not only cost me money but also my precious time for more than a year and I literally gave up & even came to a point to sell the Safari and no longer go for an Indian brand. However, I needed time to sell the Safari for a good reasonable amount as I didn't have enough leave to cover up everything but had really made up my mind to sell this on my next visit to India. In order to do that, I wanted to get the basic issues fixed before I could look for a buyer. So, this time when I landed in India, the first thing I checked was a good Safari service dealer and got Concorde Motors details. As mentioned above, I really didn't have any hope when I contacted you initially but your team changed my thoughts completely because I started to realize that you guys knew what I was talking about with regards to the issues and I felt confident that I am dealing with people who know their job.
I really thank and appreciate your team from the bottom of my heart for helping me to get my vehicle back on track and I look forward to expect the same level of service in the future what I have received now from Concorde Motors. Now, I am really thinking of keeping my Safari as I can turn towards a team of professionals who can solve my issues going forward.
